Melissa has a degree in Counseling, is a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner and a Certified Life Coach, with a focus on 'Resilience Coaching' for seniors and their caregivers, who may be struggling with various challenges related to 'Aging Well'. Melissa also holds a certification in both 'Senior Fitness' and 'Nutrition Education'.
Diann Bertalan brings a wealth of information to BrainFlex, which she has obtained through extensive research on brain healthy activities that stimulate various parts of the brain. She has an enormous passion for the proactive approach to living well and she shares that passion with each BrainFlex® member.
Manager of Business Development
While pursuing his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Jake spent each summer working with the members of BrainFlex. During this time, he began to develop a passion for the concepts on which BrainFlex Wellness Club was built. After his recent graduation, Jake joined us full-time as Manager of Business Development. In line with our commitment to life long learning, Jake is continuing his education, working on a master's degree in 'Organizational Psychology'. One of the primary goals of BrainFlex is to add value to the lives of others, which also happens to be one of Jake's daily goals. This is one of many reasons we're excited to have Jake as part of the BrainFlex Team.
Lexus is a certified nurse assistant contracted by-BrainFlex wellness club to assist the staff and ensure the safety of our members. Lexus not only has all of the training required to be a CNA, but also has extensive training in the area of Alzheimer’s and dementia..
Working together to provide a proactive approach to brain health through an organized program that incorporates socialization, exercise, brain training and brain healthy nutrition, which will help the seniors in our community age well while also maintaining and/or improving their brain health.
